Mr. Fedja Rojnik is an experienced international executive with over 20 years of experience in the building materials industry, with a particular focus on strategic management, business development, operational excellence, and the integration of complex business systems. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Social Studies from Aston University in the United Kingdom, as well as an Executive MBA from IEDC – Bled School of Management in Slovenia. Throughout his extensive international career with CRH and Holcim, he has held various leadership positions, with responsibilities spanning strategic business development, commercial operations, production processes, logistics, human resources management, organizational development, and the integration of business systems at a regional level. Prior to joining Kufner Grupa, he served as Director of the Ready-Mix Concrete and Prefabricated Products business segment at Danucem Slovensko, a.s., where he was responsible for operations across the key markets of Slovakia, Hungary, and Austria. Since August 2026, he has served as President of the Management Board of Kufner Grupa and is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations within the CRH Adria (Croatia, Slovenia & BiH region). He is also a member of the Executive Committee for Adria and the Western Balkans. Drawing on his extensive professional experience and international perspective, he is focused on further business development, enhancing operational efficiency, and creating new opportunities for the growth of Kufner Group.
